    The characters and the dialogue are so bad I'm close to giving up but I enjoyed the first game so I don't know wether to persist. Did anyone else rate episode 1 as an awful 1/10 and go onto enjoy it or at this point will it be more of the same ?

    I think I'm gonna push through episode 2 and reevaluate, cheers all*

    One of the things that never made sense to me was how Chloe's life could be connected to this F6 tornado.

    The it dawned on me.. the theme of this season was butterfly effect and unintended consequences.

    This is how Chloe causes the storm. She is a stoner and while max is studying at school Chloe got some dank weed and went on a road trip. While hot boxing her car she obviously gets the munchies. She sees Taco bell at a rest stop and gets the party pack half crunchy half soft. Little did she know taco bell destroys your innards and the gas build up was tremendous. Back on the road and by herself she had no qualms ripping off a big one WITH THE WINDOW OPEN. The fart was so temendous she shit herself.

    Voila there is your storm. Max could never stop it because Chloe would never want to tell her she shit herself due to too much Taco Bell.

    My favorite LiS2 ending

    My favorite ending for Life is Strange 2 is Blood Brothers. Sean and Daniel are inseparable. They came from Seattle all the way down to the Mexican border, together. They were separated in Episode 4, but Sean stopped at nothing to get Daniel back. I think this ending is what Esteban would have wanted. For Sean to teach Daniel that nothing is more important than their brotherhood.

    While I do consider redemption to be the most realistic ending, Sean does not deserve prison, and the brothers are separated for 15 whole years.

    This is similar to how I feel about season one. I can't imagine Max's life without Chloe, and the same for LiS2, I can't imagine Sean without Daniel.

    I also like to imagine that Cassidy (or Finn, depending on who you romance) will eventually come down to Puerto Lobos to see the brothers.

    Anyway, let me know what you all think and what your favorite ending is. I'm curious to know other people's thoughts.

    [NO SPOILERS] If you bought the Before the Storm soundtrack on CD (and probably vinyl), you got a different set of mixes than the game and digital distribution

    I just discovered something really interesting: the CD version is a totally different set of mixes. Different mixes from scratch! rerecorded instruments, different effect chains, totally different mixing! I think it might be the vinyl that's the culprit. it's normal for artists to put out fully different mixes for vinyl (because of vinyl limitations and certain things don't sound good on vinyl) and i bet the vinyl mix got pressed on the CD too.

    Totally different drum track with different effects, synth is rerecorded (you can tell because the random modulation on the synth is in different places) and the mix balance is totally different. It's true for the whole song(s), but I can't post the whole song here.
