    Can't believe next month will make it 5 years since the start of this beautiful series. Even though I came into the fandom kinda late; I came in at a point where I felt I had nothing to play then saw 1 and BtS on gamepass 2 years ago. It made me laugh and cry; I felt the pain the girls went through. From the start of the bonus episode in BtS to getting the [BtS] >! Secret ending!< then playing through LiS 1 emotionally wrecked me. But truly in a good way.

    I've never played a game that wrecked me as hard. I loved the stories of Arcadia Bay. Max, Chloe and Rachel were so well written IMO. I was never disinterested in what was happening with the girls. I was there for every emotional high and low they went through.

    Thank you so much DONTNOOD and Deck Nine for those amazing games that helped me get a passion back in a small low point in my gaming pastime.

    While LiS 2 was a good game and as good writing as the others the wolf brothers story just never hit as strong as the others did.

    Just wanted to show my appreciation to this wonderful series.

    [NO SPOILERS]Yay or Nay: Life is Strange Remake

    Okay, this is just for me. But because of the linear endings that that given to me, personally. Plus, some of it's questionable choices and dialogues and off-sync mouths during dialogues as well, I kinda need a remake.

    Don't get me wrong, this game HAD made me in tears two times in those two endings. To the point that I wished that I've played this again by forgetting the game on my mind. But, well despite those, I hope they've improve the game a little further without removing any of it's charms on the original game. Including, maybe, adding more depth to it's visuals but still retaining the original graphics, adding a new ending that affects your choices previously (one during the dark room and maybe one on the lighthouse), while still returning the original casts who voiced them, and maybe, adding a little more depth on Max's character development that would affect the choices to some certain characters.

    But most importantly, adding newer choices as well, and improved dialogues as well.

    I always used it, even in my writing and no one EVER berated me for this, or calling this word cringy. I just thought it was a normal word.

    But in LIS fandom, the word "hella" is used to address something memey, and the LIS-bashing YouTubers always cling to THIS particular word to say that the game is "pure cringe" and use "hella" to also make fun of Chloe.

    So, can some of you explain - what the hella is wrong with "hella"?

    [ALL] Nightmare Max VS Eliot: Who was right?

    I've seen people say that what Eliot and Nightmare Max said about Rachel and Chloe could be the developers' way of acknowledging the opinion that both girls are manipulative and dangerous. Some people agree with Eliot while dismissing Nightmare Max and vice versa.

    Nightmare Max: "Because you let her bully you. It's called "Stockholm Syndrome." But you didn't do that homework... so you'll have to learn the hard way. Like Rachel..."

    "Chloe trapped you with her drama. Guns, drugs, Rachel... Even stealing money from the handicapped fund. She's just using you, dude."

    "I'd be more worried about Chloe killing us than Jefferson..."

    "Max, do you really think she has any feelings for us? You're just another puppet..."

    Eliot: "I'm so sick of you not seeing who Rachel really is. When will you realize what she's doing to you?"

    "The next day she convinces you to skip school. Magically, she barely gets in trouble."

    "Was she protecting you when she made you take part in a play you didn't wanna be in?"

    "Look, Rachel is an amazing actress. And I don't mean onstage. She's fake. You're real. And I hate to see her manipulate you like this."

    Considering how the nightmare sequence is the embodiment of Max's subconscious thoughts and fears, you could say that Nightmare Max was just as much of a third party as Eliot was (or maybe even more personal).

    So, who do you think was right? And why?

    [ALL] The Pricefield love is undeniable. Despite this, Max feels like she's at fault for various Chloe-related things. Here's a Music Video where 'The Reason' is like a echo of Max's mind (in my eyes).
