What moment made you take a step back and and realize how strange your life had really become?

Mine was definitely Episode 3 of LiS 2 when I decided to lose my virginity to a cute crust punk after a day of trimming on a pot farm in Humboldt. It was an especially an odd feeling afterwards when I (Sean) felt the need to apologize for it being my first time. I just sat there thinking, "Wow... I really chose this."

What an odd, delightful, and often uncomfortable game series this is lol.

[NO SPOILERS] Is it known if there will be a LIS comic volume 6?

As most of us know, the next volume of LIS comics (Volume 4 Partners In Time: Tracks) is releasing quite soon on April 13th. I recently got Welcome to Blackwell academy and the volume 1-3 boxed set, as I am hell bent on collecting all of the main LIS stuff. And we know that in september volume 5 will release. Is it known if there will be a Volume 6 and a boxed set? I have preordered volume 4 and will not cancel the order even if there will be (i don't mind having two copies), but just so I know if I should preorder the volume 5. Also can somebody tell me when the last boxed set released? Did it release alongside volume 3?

[ALL] What happened to Alex's parents?

During the full True Colors presentation at Square Enix Presents, we learn that Alex has not seen her brother Gabe in eight years, that she has spent most of her life in the foster care system, and that she calls her powers a "curse" and has long suppressed them, likely for years.

True Colors is the first LiS game with a protagonist who already knows about their powers when the story begins. Given that Max unlocked her powers when she witnessed Chloe die and Daniel unlocked his powers when he saw his dad die, it's possible that Alex triggered her powers because she saw her parents die, possibly together and on the same day in some sort of freak accident. (This is just a wild guess, but maybe she was in the car with her parents and their arguing caused the car to crash, which is why her powers are linked to strong emotions). Her parents' death is also likely why she entered foster care-- abuse or abandonment seems less likely if Alex still keeps a framed family photo in her room.

I think Alex's parents' deaths were an accident specifically because the townspeople of Haven Springs described Gabe's death in the same way: "a senseless, tragic accident." And after he dies is when we see Alex's powers only grow stronger and more out of control– enough to break windows and cause small earthquakes.
