    What is the moment that made you cry the most? Or with which one did you almost weep?

    [ALL] Have you enjoyed playing LiS games, but not played 'Tell Me Why'? Why's that? Curious

    It seems like less people have played Tell Me Why than Life is Strange games, and I was just wondering why?

    Obviously there are changes like in every new game, but it seems to me it's basically a LiS game, or at least, if you like LiS you'll probably enjoy Tell Me Why.

    I'm guessing the game's a bit harder to get on all platforms, and that could be the reason?

    I made the following as a comment in another thread, but it was suggested I make it its own post, just to help others who may have forgotten what happens in each episode.

    So, here's a handy dandy summary of the events of each episode. (Since this is an [ALL] post, I won't be holding back. You have been warned.)

    Life is Strange

    Episode Number Name Summary
    1 Chrysalis General intro for most Blackwell characters, including a missing girl, Rachel Amber. Max discovers her rewind power. Victoria is covered in paint. Max reunites with Chloe and learns about the relationship between her and David Madsen. Max tells Chloe about her power. The temperature is 80°, but it starts to snow.
    2 Out of Time Max learns about Kate's story. Warren invites Max to "Go ape." Max convinces Chloe that she can rewind time. Max collects bottles in the junkyard, then meets Frank. Max later rescues Chloe from a train track. Jefferson's proverbial camel-back-breaking straw. Max attempts to stop a suicide. An unexpected solar eclipse.
    3 Chaos Theory The investigation commences. Max and Chloe go for a swim. Chloe dares Max. More clue gathering… and dead birds. "I was eating those beans!" A revelation about Rachel causes Chloe to break down. Max discovers a new level of her power. She causes Chloe's father to do something different so that he doesn't die. Beached whales and a different Chloe.
    4 Dark Room An alternate timeline leads to a difficult choice. Undoing the past to restore the present. More clue-gathering in the garage. A hospital visit (determinant). More clue-gathering at the dorms. Warren becomes a hero. The final piece comes from Frank… one way or another. The clues lead to a barn with a disturbing secret. Max and Chloe find Rachel; it's not good. With the information gathered, Max sets out to find and try to warn Victoria. Max and Chloe fall into a trap.
    5 Polarized Max uses photos to change the past and eventually ends up in San Francisco, but with Chloe still in danger, she returns to where she starts the episode: in the Dark Room. David comes to the rescue. Max finds Warren and gets a photo from him. Using that photo, she convinces Chloe of a change of plans. Chloe is alive, but Max becomes trapped in a nightmare which leads to a final choice: Bay or Bae?

    Life is Strange: Before the Storm

    Episode Number Name Summary
    1 Awake Rachel rescues Chloe at a Firewalk concert. Joyce is worried. David takes Chloe to school. An optional, but recommended game of D&D before class. Rachel convinces Chloe to skip school. "It's nice Rachel we're having." Two truths and a lie. The viewfinder game. Rachel sees her dad kissing a "not my mom" woman. They steal some wine then discover a junkyard. Rachel asks about their relationship. Chloe gets smashy and discovers the old car. She later meets Rachel at the park and Rachel sets it on fire.
    2 Brave New World A meeting in the principal's office. David announces that he's moving in, then makes a demand. Chloe returns to the junkyard and eventually searches for truck parts. Doctor Rachel gives Chloe therapy and some new clothes. Chloe then sees the "not Rachel's mom" woman exiting Frank's RV. Frank gives Chloe a job. An encounter with Damon injures one of the North Brothers. Rachel ropes Chloe into performing in the play. Dinner with the Ambers. James reveals that the aforementioned "not Rachel's mom" is actually Rachel's biological mother.
    3 Hell Is Empty James tells the girls about Sera, Rachel's bio-mom. Chloe gives Rachel a star show to cheer her up. Rachel wants to meet her. Chloe asks Frank to help. She runs into Joyce and David at home (it's Mother's Day). David tries to relate to Chloe by sharing a story of an army buddy. Chloe fixes the truck. They meet Frank… Damon comes along with him. Rachel gets angry. Damon stabs her. Chloe takes Rachel to the 7th floor of the hospital. An optional visit with the injured North Brother and either another D&D game or an argument over pudding. Rachel gives Chloe a mission. Chloe learns the truth about James and Damon. She goes to the old mill and sees that Sera, who has been sober a year, is tied up and is about to be drugged. A conversation with Sera after Frank, who was injured in a fight after Damon's stabbing, takes care of Damon. Sera foreshadows the Final Choice. Seventeen missed calls.
    Bonus Farewell Max's nervousness about a future move is temporarily pushed back by a fun distraction from Chloe. Chloe's parents take longer than expected to come home, but only one of them actually does.

    Life is Strange 2

    Episode Number Name Summary
    0 The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit In a story that parallels episode 2, an imaginative boy named Chris explores the world of his superhero identity. His father gets drunk after watching a basketball game, then blames him for the fact his mother is dead. Chris doesn't take this well and goes to a tree house. He falls during the climb, but is saved by telekinesis.
    1 Roads Two wolf cubs living happily with their papa wolf, until hunters take their dad away forever. They run, camping in a forest and encountering unfriendly individuals, but they are rescued by a friendly bear, and gain a puppy companion. Brody takes them to a hotel, where the older brother discovers that the little one is a super-wolf.
    2 Rules Training the power. Dinner in an abandoned cabin. Ship, Captain, Crew. They lose the puppy. They go to their grandparents' house and later meet Chris. Chris believes he's the one with the power. They go to a Christmas market. Once back, Daniel wants to explore a locked room. This angers the grandmother, but the grandfather gets trapped by a faulty piece of furniture. The brothers are forced to run again.
    3 Wastelands Working on a secret farm. A stupid idea. Trying the stupid idea or stopping it after it started, but either way, it leaves Sean without an eye. Maximum romance with the romanceable characters happens in this episode.
    4 Faith The brothers are separated. Sean escapes to find Daniel, and encounters another racist. Daniel is a cult's golden calf. Sean tries and fails to convince him. With the help of their mother, and a friend introduced in the previous episode, they rescue Daniel and the friend's sister, who has pneumonia.
    5 Wolves Their mother takes the brothers to an off-the-grid commune in the desert. Daniel's treasure hunt. They meet David (yes, that David). They learn the hunters are after them. They make a break for the border with Mexico the next day. Daniel opens the wall, but vigilantes catch the brothers. They break free of the cages and try again. The Final Choice results in one or both of the brothers in Mexico, or Sean serving time.

    [ALL] Why do you want Max & Chloe return?

    I think a DLC episode of Bae ending is possible (although they make a comic about them based on this timeline), but another Max & Chloe game isn't very likely.

    I can't think what other things that could be talked about. Plus, Max was done of using her time powers since it brought too much emotional pain and unintentional disasters.

    If there's another game that features Max's rewind powers again, players will eventually find the gameplay boring and repetitive in order to explore different outcomes and manipulate others. Unless there are new types of time power, such as fast forward or freezing time like Za Warudo during EP2.

    [NO SPOILERS] LIS trip to Oregon in Jan?!

    Never thought I would do this but it all started when my boyfriend and I wanted to plan a trip for this January since it has been so long since we've gone anywhere! We started with tropical options, Europe, now Oregon?! I played all of the 1st game with him watching on and this game means so much to me, so naturally I thought of traveling cross country?! Lol so the planning is in the very early stages (we still have to purchase flights and a place to stay) but I found a thread on here some time ago saying that Tillamook Bay, and surrounding areas, is where this was based off of. We'll most likely be staying in Portland but venturing off for some day trips soooo any suggestions on what to do/where to look?! I'll try to find the links where I saw some ideas to inspire anybody else but I'm so excited! I'll definitely be bringing my camera for this lol

    [NO SPOILERS] Tattoo Brainstorming!!!

    Hey everyone! I'm planning to get a Life is Strange related tattoo! Specifically related to season 1 and/or before the Storm and I was hoping someone might be able to help me brainstorm or even create some concept art! The character I relate to the most is chloe price so I'm partial to something referencing her specifically. I even contemplated getting some sort of art that replicates her sleeve in some way. I also like the idea of a reference to a quote or graffiti that was in the background of the game. two quotes that have stood out to me are when Chloe talks about dropping a bomb on arcadia bay and turning it to glass and when max says something about how when a door closes a window opens. if anyone has any ideas I'd love to hear or see them!
