I know some people don't understand others who treat their pets like family but, for those who do, losing one can truly be a devastating loss.

Hannah had a one-eyed cat named Gatsby for 16 years and he just passed away. She posted about it on her Instagram story.

If we could all send her some messages of love and support, it might ease her suffering in some small way.

    [ALL] Maximum Death Playthrough

    Posted: 16 Mar 2020 11:28 AM PDT

    Hello guys,

For my first post on this sub, I'd like to propose, as the title suggests, a playthrough in which a maximum amount of people dies. Who would be interested in this, you might ask? Maybe you want the highest amount of drama possible for this season? Maybe you feel like being a dick? Either way, here is our list of victims.

    Chloe Price

    • Main Chloe: unfortunately, she'll need to survive in the main timeline, not only for the sake of causing the maximum amount of casualties through The Storm, but also to avoid resetting the death toll by saving her.

    • Alternate Chloe: Well, at least we can kill one Chloe. Just do as she asks you and assist her in her suicide.

    Mark Jefferson

After you finally manage to save David's useless ass from getting killed by Mark, tell him about what he did to Chloe and he'll put a bullet in the side of his head.

    Kate Marsh

Be as unfriendly and unhelpful to her as possible. Suggest her to wait for proof, ignore her call, don't help her when David bothers her, and make sure to mess up when you talk to her on the roof.

    Victoria Chase

Ironically enough, be friendly to her, warn her about Nathan and she'll go to Mark...who'll ultimately kidnap and kill her too.

    Nathan Prescott

Mark will always kill him. Whether or not he remains dead depends on whether or not you sacrifice Chloe. Don't.

    Warren Graham and Joyce Price

According to the comics released after the game, if you don't sacrifice Chloe, they'll be among the Storm's numerous victims.

    Frank Bowers

A bit trickier to pull off than others, but there is how to do it.

    • Make sure Chloe either has David or Nathan's gun. For David's gun, either try to shoot Frank or take it back from his RV if you don't. For Nathan's gun, let Warren go ape on him.

    • Throw the bone in the parking to make sure Pompidou doesn't get hurt.

    • Then when, it comes to ask Frank for help in Episode 4, make sure to piss him off. Don't give him the money (if you stole from Wells) and make sure to be as unlikeable as possible.

The argument will escalate until it ends with Chloe killing both of him and his dog.

    Homeless Woman

Don't warn her about The Storm.

    Animals and Plants

Yep. Not even them are safe. Either water Max's plant twice or don't water it at all. I've told you how to kill Pompidou, let the bird in the first episode die then scare another bird (third episode I think) without opening the window first.

    Everybody Else

And of course, don't help anyone when The Storm actually comes. Not Evan, not Alyssa, not the Trucker, and not the Fisherman. The only ones you're forced to save are Warren and Joyce.

If you've followed all of my instructions, congratulations. You've intentionally killed or let almost everyone you've ever met in the game die. Mark Jefferson would nod in respect before your body count..if he wasn't a part of it too.

[ALL] Wouldn’t a Life is Strange with Rachel as main character be cool?

    Posted: 16 Mar 2020 10:58 AM PDT

I'd like to see how her relationship w Chloe and her life developed after what happened at the end of BtS and how she eventually became closer to Frank and Jefferson. I think it would be nice.

[S1 E2] Question about Kate at the end of episode 2.

    Posted: 16 Mar 2020 11:33 AM PDT

So I just played through episode 2 and I did the ending where Kate died. If I replay one part of the episode where I have another choice will that transfer the choice to all other parts of the episode? (I don't want to play through the whole episode again)

[ALL] Was Rachel in love with Chloe?

    Posted: 16 Mar 2020 02:35 AM PDT

Or Chloe's feelings were an one-sided thing?

I personally think Rachel really did love Chloe for a brief period of time, but I can't understand why she would cheat on her if they were in a serious relationship. Maybe it was a "special" friendship?

[S1] Am I the only one who remembers this?

    Posted: 15 Mar 2020 08:10 PM PDT

So I've been playing life is strange since the fourth episode of the first game came out. I bought the game with my birthday and played it through and waited for the fifth episode. I played the fifth episode right when it came out and chose the save chloe ending. From the save chloe ending, I vividly remember a newspaper article that said that Kate had lead a bunch if people to a safe spot from the storm, including Warren and Joyce, and it said they were all alive and safe. There was also Joyce and david holding each other in the backyard of their house which had a bunch of debris around it and it had text saying something along the lines of "david and Joyce helped restore the town bla bla". I remember this all so vividly and remember being so happy that everyone survived. Ever since then I've never been able to find any record of that happening at the end of the game and I'm very confused because like I said, I remembered it all so vividly there's no way I dream that and maybe they changed it, but idk I remember it and now it's not there or its never been there. Does anyone else remember that or am I going crazy?
