    Idk why Captain Spirit is not appreciated and discussed like other games in the series.

    It was really good for a free game, had short story which was amazingly told only in one episode, it perfectly blended into LIS2, had an LIS type of ending and had an awesome soundtrack.

    My favourite part was the ending itself and music (Parade) adds so much value to the scene.

    I first played the game in 2016 during one of the darkest points in my life. It was such a beautiful story and i was dealing with loss and questioning my sexuality and it was just the perfect storm to make life is strange a game that will stick with me forever. Time went on and every now and then i thought about the game and just felt such an odd emotion. It's sad and comforting at the same time, almost like i'm longing for something i'll never get. I've reached total loser portion of this rant lol but i'm probably preaching to the choir in this subreddit ;) But life got busy and before the storm came and then Life is Strange 2 and i kept telling myself I would get to it eventually. Then miss rona came into my life and I spiraled to a similar place when i first played the game. I recognized the parallels between 2016 and 2020 so i finally played before the storm and i just lost it in the best way possible. It's at this point i got HEAVY into fan fics and i've already read Better Then and i'm all caught up on Ouroboros! And that damn strange feeling has not let up. I can recognize that these are just works of fictions but the positive impact they've had on me is so fucking real. I'll be honest i'm really just using this post to try and articulate feelings that have been floating in the back of my mind. Maybe i'm just looking for validation that i'm not the only person that feels a strangely powerful bond to this franchise? Who knows? Okay, rant over! Thanks for reading if you did <3

    [NO SPOILERS] Has Dontnod peaked with Life is Strange?

    I was looking at the number of members in each subs dedicated to a Dontnod game. Remember Me has 366 members, LiS has 81,300, Vampyr has 9,010 and Tell Me Why has only 117 members. Granted, Tell Me Why hasn't been released yet, but it's due out this summer. Do you believe Dontnod has peaked with the Life is Strange series, or do you believe that Tell Me Why or another future game could find the same level of success as the LiS series?

    I like LIS 2 more because the characters were more relatable than in the first game, the lighting and overall vibe was a lot cooler than in the first game, and I think it was a cooler story. These are just s few reasons.

    This is pretty far fetched but:

    I recently fell in love with this series, it's soundtrack, and for record collecting. It's pretty difficult to find the LP online for a price that I can afford, and am wondering if there's anyone that is potentially selling their record (or knows someone who is), all help is appreciated!
