    I'm a big fan of DRM free games, that do not require special activation or online connection - so my favorite game store is GOG.com, which provides (fully legally) just that.

    You can imagine my excitement, when I found out they just added (on big sale) LiS Season 1 and Before The Storm (incl. Deluxe Edition):

    You can use GOG's fancy client GOG Galaxy (it's really nice, actually) or you can - an this is the part that super excites me - literally download the clean installation files (.bin files that store the data and .exe file that launches the installation).

    I know I will keep the copy of the games backed up. And since there is no online connection, activation, or authorization they will work for years to come. (At least until the point we can play Windows 7-10 games.)

    I know there are many fans like me who treasure the game greatly, so I wanted to provide this little PSA, so you could support customer friendly business and keep your favorite game archived.

    Here is how the game looks on your GOG account - you can download offline backup game installers to archive the game.

    Dear people,

    wow... i just played the Bonus-episode of BtS - and i just forgot, there musst be the scene after Chloes dad died.

    This is so emotionally, and flashed me back to 2018 when i got a call, my dad died.

    Fuck - im hella crying - didnt expect it would hit me so hard.

    At all - hella great game.

    [ALL] LiS2 was amazing and unexpectedly gave me closure to LiS1

    Just completed LiS2 and I thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish. It didn't quite move me to tears like the first game did, but I got very close. I selected the Parting Ways ending and it was my favorite between it and Redemption. It felt like the happiest ending for the two characters (+ Cassidy! She was fabulous). I initially selected Redemption, but quickly reverted it.

    However, it was totally unexpected that I would get actual closure on the ending I selected from Life is Strange 1. For me, I did not hesitate to save Chloe (Bae over Bay!). In Episode 5 of LiS2, I was so moved emotionally upon seeing all of the paraphernalia from my Bae ending in David's home. From the new Polaroids that Max took, an updated photo of Max + Chloe visiting David, Victoria's note thanking him for saving her life, and eventually the phone call from Chloe herself about how she and Max are doing, I feel like I have all the pieces to know that they're okay.

    When I completed the first game weeks ago, all I wanted were more adventures with Max and Chloe. I fell in love with both characters and I am still smitten by them. Of course I still want new stories for them, but I honestly feel more at peace that we may not see them again as central characters. It felt like finally getting that proper "The End" that I craved after the first game.

    Did anyone else feel similarly?

    [No Spoilers] How do I change in game writings from Russian to English

    Stuff like grafitti or the writings on magazines are all in English and I can't seem to change them. Deleted all the Russian files in the localization folder and it's still in Russian. Anybody know what I can do?

    In life is strange who is Rache Amber lying to?

    I have always wondered this because I thought it was semi ambiguous. Maybe I am just being stupid but I never understood which one was true (even after replaying the game).

    Been playing a bunch of guitar lately, really wanted to learn how to play this song. However, all the online tabs are pretty complicated and meant for fingerstyle. I'd really love to strum through it but i'm not sure of the song's chords. Cheers folks, any help is appreciated.
