    Note: This is not AmberPrice vs. Pricefield. It's just my opinion. Headcanon.

    Let's talk about Chloe's third dream.

    The third dream occurs near the beginning of episode 2, when Chloe falls asleep in the truck. Chloe wakes up in a dreary and terrifying landscape lit only by the fire in the distance and a smaller fire nearby. The sounds of distant screams can be heard throughout the dream sequence.

    When Chloe approaches the nearby fire, she discovers it is the burning wreck of her father's car. Roasting a marshmallow over the fire is none other than William himself. Perched in a small tree beside him is the crow that appears to be watching Chloe. She can talk to William or gather a toothpick and a marshmallow and bake it over the fire. William will start talking, he will comment on how incredible the fire looks and how he can't look away (William never turns his head to Chloe).

    Chloe will respond with a sad "Sure". William tells her not to pretend that she is also mesmerized by this. He says that she does not realize the danger it represents. Chloe looks confused and William explains: "Fire blinds us, as does darkness. But darkness blinds with absence. With loss." Chloe asks what the fire blinds her to.

    William responds "Beauty" and extinguishes the distant wild fire with a wave of his hand. He then tells Chloe about "Sometimes there is a greater beauty yet to come" that is yet to come and the sky changes to show stars shining brightly.

    William speaks again, warning "The fire is jealous, Chloe. He wants all the beauty for himself." His voice suddenly changes, sounding deeper and more demonic: "That's why you need to be careful." Chloe asks what she needs to be careful about. William turns slowly to face Chloe, who recoils in fear at the sight of her father's face, half of which is burned and scarred. "From getting burnt," William replies in a demonic voice. The crow jumps on his shoulder and starts pecking at his mutilated flesh while William looks at Chloe. The dream ends abruptly.

    Detail Chloe's diary and text messages change completely during dream sequences and give a more in-depth look at her situation and feelings.

    Pricefield's shippers seeing this scene simply interpret it like this: "It's fire about Rachel. Chloe will end up getting hurt because of her. Rachel Amber is the fire that Chloe needs to stay away, and the even "greater beauty to come", is Max. "

    But is this a correct interpretation of the dream? Or just rivalry between ships?

    The fire, in my opinion, actually refers to the anger. Chloe and Rachel, don't have no control about anger. Anger is often portrayed as a burning flame. See that in the scene where Rachel breaks the table she is looking at the candle flame on the table, after which she breaks the table, showing her emotional lack of control.

    Chloe always seems to be angry. But anger can also seem empowering (so "blindly beautiful"), it can give Chloe the false impression that she is taking control of her life, since she doesn't let anyone tell her what to do. The same is seems with Rachel. It is clear that both suffer from Intermittent Explosive Disorder. They have no emotional control and use anger as a way to relieve their pain, and also apparently take control of their life. However, it seems that with Rachel this will have greater consequences.

    Anyway, William (crow) was warning about the anger that Chloe and Rachel should control, to prevent them from burning and getting hurt, that is, preventing them from doing things that are likely to kill them. Prevent them from constantly having this feeling in their lives that can take them to a dangerous and self-destructive lifestyle.

    Finally the best part of the dream, "But there is a greater beauty to come".

    The purple (or purple) color of the starlight that Chloe makes in Rachel's bedroom is linked to the mystical world and means spirituality, magic and mystery. Purple conveys the feeling of sadness and introspection. It stimulates contact with the spiritual side, providing the purification of the body and mind, and the release of fears and other concerns. It is the color of transformation.

    This transformation is feeling love. It is living in love.

    Love, something greater than fire and darkness, than anger and loss. "Blind darkness with loss. With absence." As the crow said, those feelings negatives so present in Chloe and Rachel's life, only love could heal.

    Chloe in the darkness ... what does she see when she looks up?

    Stars.

    Stars are safe to watch, unlike fire. They give direction. If someone knows how to read stars, they will know where to go just by using them. So it looks like the starry sky refers to love. The same star that Chloe does in Rachel's room. The star she draws on Rachel's hand.

    So "But there is a greater beauty to come "could refer to the moment when Chloe and Rachel are together in Rachel's room? When Chloe supports Rachel in one of the most difficult times in Rachel's life.

    Would it then be a reference that the love between them could overcome anger? Could this then be the aim of the crow? Guide Chloe and Rachel together so they know love. Love, which was what they needed in their lives?

    We see that at the end of the game in the lighthouse scene where Chloe and Rachel are sitting on the bench watching the sunset, the crow flies towards the sun, indicating that it has completed its mission.

    Summing up the symbology. Fire = anger, destruction, mesmerizing beauty that blinds.

    Stars = feeling love.

    For me it's: Amberprice - First Love by Kari Jobe (live) because Rachel truly was Chloe's first love and Chloe was Rachel's first genuine love, or at the very least first genuine connection. Ignoring what happened to them, it still doesn't dismiss the fact that Chloe definitely wanted their relationship (whatever it was) to last and she wanted that feeling to last forever (as any first love feels).

    Another song would be After Midnight by Blink 182... just listen to it. Need I say more?

    PriceField - Kiss the Girl by Ashley Tisdale. Idk why but this just seems so perfect for them lmao Max still being so confused about her feelings and so is Chloe so she tries to get a kiss from her in roundabout ways. But yes this song mostly reminds me of Max's feelings for Chloe xD it's very cute lmao

    The first song however that I heard and instantly thought of for PriceField (when I was still PF) was Virgo by Xan Griffin, Yves Naia. Also another very heavily Max feelings for Chloe song. Another cute song lmao PF is just rlly cute tbh

    Just curious but which LIS does everyone prefer 1 or 2? Me personally I love LIS 1 over 2 idk why I just couldn't get into LIS 2 like I did 1. LIS 1 blew me away when it came out, #2 just kinda flopped with me. And I haven't gone back to try it again since launch, even though it's on Xbox Gamepass

    Hi, this is my first reddit post ever!

    So I was playing Life Is Strange: Before The Storm today when I saw Chloe's American flag in her room and had an idea. I was thinking it might be nice to change the flag from an American one to a Pride one. It'd be nice if this was possible to do to the flag in BTS as well as the one (presumably the same one) she's using as a curtain in LIS 1, but that obviously means I'd have to mod two separate games. I don't know the first thing about modding and couldn't really find much in my google searches. I'd really appreciate if anyone could point me to some programs or tutorials I might need. Thank you in advance!
