    Life is Strange.. had a big impact on me.. I'm sure it did the same for many of you around here, and for me personally.. it changed my whole worldview on some things. I started the Life is Strange series in early 2020.. and since I was very lonely and didn't think much of relationships.. it really affected me. I wanted to live in that universe a lot since.. Chloe.. Max.. everyone is like.. the people I always dreamed of being in my circle of friends or maybe even girlfriend, as I had a huge crush on Chloe. The game taught me some things, especially about toxic relationships with people who use you. It taught me that.. you need to choose your partner very well.. and that relationships really matter.. what did the game teach you guys?

    So, I remember that in the game.. Max can find a page about the Tobanga totem on the internet, does anyone know exactly when and where she does? I need it for a video, but I can't find it anywhere in the game. Some people say you can see it on Chloe's computer in Episode 4 but.. she doesn't leave her desk so Max can't interact with the computer

    [NO SPOILERS] What if Max used rangerfinder(ex. Zeiss Contessa) instead Polaroid?

    Ok, I've a Zeiss Contessa and Polaroid Spirt 60p + my standard Canon Eos 350D too! 😹 But let's start to thinking about it: A) is cheapest, films are whole around 5€ to 20€(depends which iso and co); B) for Polaroid's 16 films you will spend around 35€, nobody sell it; C) in the gameplay analog cameras haven't instant photos but in one hour you could develop them in your room with some hand made stuffs, it would be cooler; D) rangerfinders are particularly delicate, I own one and is really difficult in that sense; E) coolest to shot, ok I haven't the privilege tomuse it but I shot daily manually(I just hate AF by myself) and there's a iso's rule(now I don't remember its name) to shot, changeable lenses; F) there's Lomography, why don't let Max in it?!

    Ps: I will add Cyclechic too honestly, ok...now Max is me! 😹

    Edit: I see my last two options were not posted in the 4 option poll I made - thank you Reddit - but basically they were: - He's a nice guy, just does creepy, unsettling things: friendzone him. - Son of Eliot. Max's polite shyness is what prevents him from going over the edge: hope he dies in a natural disaster.

    So like, after playing this game 4 times in a row (PS4 - Pricefield, PS4 - bae ending, PC - bae ending, Mobile Phone - Pricefield) I have been trying to understand Warren's behaviour. To me, he's kinda creepy: He gets angry when she doesn't wanna go ape with him, and the way he acted before that, when he was explaining he was taking a call, seemed like he was finding an excuse and he was actually stalking Max that time kinda makes him sus. Maybe I've also been influenced by Max's nightmare where she dreams up Warren's locker being basically a shrine to her.

    I've recently become obsessed with Life is strange and, (more specifically Rachel Amber) she has got to be my favourite character I've ever come across (ever) and I wanted to come up with a tattoo design based on her character.

    Any ideas are welcome I'd love to see what you guys have in mind, I prefer subtle hints in my tattoos rather than a huge Rachel amber quote or picture of her face (ways to incorporate her feather earring or a doe into a tattoo sounds cool)

    [S1] Does it bother anyone else that Max only bathes once?

    Okay like, firstly, I'm sorry for the double post but this is bugging me. So it bothers me not because of the episode 2 shower being the only time we see her hit any type of full body cleaning activity, but because any subsequent time she wakes up and changes, she at most washes her face. So in my mind, the following 3 days, she be stanking. Idk.

    [S2] Are Raccoons part of the cat family?

    When Sean and Daniel are in a forest national park and they come across a Raccoon, the Raccoon runs away and Daniel jogs after it calling "here kitty kitty." Every time I watch that scene, I'm confused. I wouldn't have referred it to a cat or dog. But then again I know nothing about Raccoons. I'm in the U.K. and they're not apart of our wildlife.

    I realise I could look it up on Wikipedia but I want a layman's answer preferably from a North American player or any players who have Raccoons in their countries.

    [No Spoilers] Thoughts on the future of the series

    Sorry in advance for the wall of text, this has just been bouncing around my head for a while and I wanted to talk about it.

    So, as many of you know, DONTNOD (for shorthand I'll be using DN) recently split the leadership that was behind Life is Strange 1 between their Paris studio and their new Montreal studio, with the announcement that they would be working on a new IP there. A lot of fans, myself included were initially worried this may spell the end of the franchise, especially after LiS 2 didn't take off like the first. However, after thinking about it for a while, I think this won't really affect the future of the series, for a few reasons.

    First, DN has said in the past that they were finished with Max and Chloe's story, and combined with the fact that 2 got generally worse reviews, and most of the fans really seemed to prefer the first, I don't think DN was going to make any more LiS games to begin with. If they don't want to stick with the characters we love, and they weren't as good at making new ones, I can't really see them getting funding for a new game.

    Second, Square Enix clearly still sees LiS as a lucrative property, as they've been publishing comics, and still licensing a lot of merch based on the games. Given that they own the IP and the heads of DN said that the franchise is in their hands, I don't see any reason to assume they're done with the series. And as well, considering that almost everything released concerning the games is about Max and Chloe, I think there's a decent chance that Square Enix sees them as a more profitable part of the IP than any new characters, and thus may very well make more games about them, but that's veering very far into the speculation zone.

    Now, if there's going to be another game, it will almost certainly be developed by Deck Nine, given the first point, and the break-up of the main studio of DONTNOD (god why do both these studios have the same initials). I personally think this is for the best, as Deck Nine has clearly proven their mettle for making a great LiS game with Before the Storm, which fixed a lot of the issues I had with the first game. I still prefer the first, but on a technical level, BtS was probably better, with improved writing and infinitely better lip-synching.

    So, by my estimation, DONTNOD probably will continue making one-off IPs like Twin Mirror, Tell Me Why, and whatever this new one is, and if the LiS franchise is to continue as I think it will, it will be under Deck Nine and Square Enix's leadership. I would love to hear what y'all think though!
