[NO SPOILERS] Who else loves that the sub is constantly getting more members everyday?

    Posted: 27 Mar 2021 10:43 AM PDT

It started happening after the announcement of true colours, usually the number of members before that was somewhat stable and only increased at a slow pace. It keeps fascinating me that everyday I come to the sub, the number of members have either slightly or greatly increased, its never the same, and it happens every day, thought it was worth mentioning, because I really love that more people are getting into LIS and the lis community.

[NO SPOILERS] Give Max a pre-order outfit from the comics

Since Chloe's Zombie shirt from the comics is a Pre-Order outfit for BTS Remaster. I think it's only fair that the same for Max should happen for the LIS remaster and I think either of these outfits would be hella cute

[ALL] how I think all the characters got their powers

    Posted: 27 Mar 2021 04:09 PM PDT

I have a theory on how all the characters get their powers.

In life is strange: before the storm when Rachel Amber screams at the end of episode one there's a strange wind effect, also when she is on stage with chloe she's happy, that's why it snows after and at the end of the game the fire burns out because she is no longer angry. When Rachel dies her power is given to Chloe but she doesn't have it long enough to figure out how to use it so when Nathan kills her Max gets the powers, the powers must change everytime, depending on how they're feeling.

    Life Is Strange 2:

We see Daniel use his powers after his dad gets shot, his dad must've had powers but like Chloe, didn't know how to activate them or he just didn't tell anyone.

I wouldn't be surprised if Alex has lost someone in life is strange 3 and inherited her powers off them

[S2] Just finished the game last night, aftermath and thoughts

    Posted: 27 Mar 2021 03:52 PM PDT

Pretty sure I had the worst sleep I had in months. For a long while after I finished the game, I listened to some music but I knew i had to keep talking to a friend about other stuff since I can't leave myself to my own thoughts.

I was able to sleep at around 4am and woke 2 1/2 hours later, and I remember always dreaming about the endings. I saw "Parting Ways" first where I ugly cried the hell out of, then saw "Redemption" which left me indifferent and feeling empty...

I would go on and read about the other endings, but it might take a while for me to actually see them too, but my dreams in my short sleep were filled with post-game dreams.

I kept wanting to give them a happy ending even though I understand why all endings had to be that way. After all, it is a Life is Strange game. I'd even have dreams of Sean being in the hospital, where Daniel could at least visit him and they'd be together...

I love this game so much I don't think I'll cope anytime soon... But life goes on.

[ALL] How did you feel beating Life is Strange:Before the Storm, for the first time?

    Posted: 27 Mar 2021 01:30 PM PDT

I asked this question previously for the first game, now I shall ask again now that I've finished bts. Me personally, hurts mostly because we'll likely never see these characters again, and the after credits scene kinda hit hard.

[NO SPOILERS] I figured out part of the reason why Chloe & Max have such a universal fan base

    Posted: 26 Mar 2021 10:46 PM PDT

I've recently replayed Life is Strange 1 & 2 and I've figured out one of the reasons why Chloe & Max have such a universally loved fan base.

I think it's because you can either agree or disagree with Chloe for example you can side with David during the big argument at Chloe's house in ep 4.

Even though you can agree or disagree with Chloe and her ways, Chloe will always care and love Max. But with Sean and Daniel you don't have that type of relationship where you can disagree with Daniel.

Them being brothers will always make it so they're inseparable.

    Does this make any sense?

    [S1] Episode 4/5 plot hole?

    Posted: 27 Mar 2021 05:54 PM PDT

So the storm is supposed to be because Chloe is alive and the universe didn't want that, but when Jefferson kills her the storm is still coming. I guess his could mean that it's specifically Max saving her in the bathroom that caused it, as if that one moment when she was supposed to die was the most important. I think this also implies that if Chloe was to die one of the other times the universe tried it (so like the train) then the storm would've still come. Maybe the point of changing everything is so that Max never used the rewind at all in a certain timeline.

I'm for sure overthinking this, I think it's just a plot hole like every piece of media has but this one has bothered me since I played episode 5 for the first time. Just being in the bunker and wondering why the universe needed to "right" itself after it had seemingly been done with Chloes death in episode 4. Maybe this just further implies that Chloe really was meant to die in the bathroom specifically. Also makes me wonder why the universe would keep trying to kill her even though it obviously doesn't balance things either way.

What do y'all think? I just don't see why the universe would be trying to fix destiny or whatever when Chloes death didn't change anything

[NO SPOILERS] Does anyone else want a film and/or official book or comics about the game series?

    Posted: 27 Mar 2021 02:51 AM PDT

I personally think it would be pretty cool to have something like this. Preferably something to do with Max and Chloe as we all love them.

    What do you guys think?
