    [ALL] My headcanon about Rachel

    I'm sure a lot of you already came up with this idea, but I still wanted to share it here: hope you like it!

    So, in my headcanon Rachel had superpowers too, connected with nature (when she screams in the forest, the fire immediately spreads and that's really suspicious), but she wasn't aware of that.

    When Rachel is killed, nature responds with the storm as a punishment towards Arcadia Bay (even Chloe hinted that in episode 5 by saying "This storm is Rachel's revenge").

    Always nature (or Rachel's spirit, if you prefer) gives superpowers to Max in order to save Chloe (that's why Max can activate time travel for the first time when Chloe is killed in the bathroom).

    Of course, this headcanon only works if you save Chloe in the ending, but that's not a problem for me, because I always choose that one lol

    So I played through the first game twice years ago. The first run was the save bay ending. When I went back to do the save Chloe ending I kinda went through it thinking like "what kind of person would kill hundreds maybe thousands of people, many innocents including your gfs mom for one person" and in that I kinda went in like trying to craft Max's super villain, mass murderer origin story. Did others who did that route have similar or different outlooks?
