    (This is a bug reporting thread made on behalf of Square Enix. If you encounter an issue, feel free to report it here if it is not a known issue. Known issues can be found at the bottom of the post.)

    So we can keep easy track of everything, please keep your reports in this thread and do not create new ones.

    In order to help us better understand certain issues, please be sure to include the following in any bug or crash reports:

    If you are crashing on PC, please consider getting in touch with Square's support team at sqex.to/support as they will potentially be able to use your DxDiag files for crash diagnosis.

    PLAYSTATION 5 ULTIMATE EDITION CUSTOMERS

    We are working to solve the issue PS5 customers are having with entitlement to the Ultimate Edition and hope to have it fixed soon.

    For those experiencing visual issues on PC, please make sure you've updated to the latest graphics drivers and retry - do let us know if this doesn't solve the issue.

    Life is Strange: True Colors was designed to be a cinematic, performance-driven narrative adventure. Capping consoles at 30fps allowed us to target higher cinematic fidelity on every platform

    The game no doubt looks beautiful & i'm loving the game in general but god is it running weird. The frame rate, which i hoped would be 60 for next gen but isn't a deal breaker, doesn't even seem to be a solid 30 fps & makes the game not as smooth/choppy. The fluidness of the motion capture & facial animations from the trailers they've shown aren't there at all, at least on console.

    Anybody else having this issue on PS5? and if you're on Xbox Series X how's it performing?

    [ALL] Deck Nine games told me today that they would love to make another game starring Max and Chloe, but the fans need to reach out. If you dont want another game with them and their story ends for you, this post isnt for you.

    I realize some people believe Chloe and Max's story is done with and don't desire to see more content with them which is fine. Some saved Arcadia so Chloe is dead in their time line. If their story is done for you, that's for you and I respect that. So please no hatred towards me or other users who do want more content with them. I want more content starring other characters too! Ideally, id love multiple games to come out and all tie in together but I have always wanted to see life after saving Chloe. The comics are okay in some regards but it isn't the same story that I'd envision the game itself to be.

    Anyway, I messaged Deck Nine a week or so ago asking if there was a possibility that they'd ever make another LIS game starring Max and Chloe. Their response was:

    "Hi there! While we would love to make another entry in the series, thats all up to our partners at Square Enix! If you want another game starring Max and Chloe, let them know!!" and they put a love reaction to my message. So this to me shows that nothing is ruled out of possibilities. They seem excited to entertain the idea, but just want people to reach out directly to Square Enix. I know some people dont like this post because they have an issue with this but if you dont personally want to play with them again, there will be other games for you to play too. Lets all just respect this :)

    The game hasn't even released and I'm seeing SO many people talking crap about it already and saying it's going to flop. I'm personally super excited about the game and can't wait to play it.

    Also unpopular opinion but I liked LiS2 lmao. I know very few people like it but I did, and I'm extra excited for this one. This will be my first time playing a LiS game at release so that's also exciting! I'm a huge fan of all the LiS installments so I'm sure I'll love this one too! What are your thoughts?
