    Happy Tuesday, everybody. It's two days to release and we have some exciting news: Square Enix has generously gifted us two codes for the Ultimate Edition of Life Is Strange: True Colors!

    I've been doing a complete run of the LiS games and am on The Awesome Adventures Of Captain Spirit before Life Is Strange 2, in preparation for True Colours. I don't think I'm gonna make it in time for Thursday, guys. I really don't :/

    This mini-game has completely stopped me in my tracks. It's now night-time, the birds are sleeping, the roads are empty and everyone has gone home. All-time has ceased to be as I tirelessly try to plow my way through the challenges a hotdog man must face. I will never fall in love again, kiss another soul or become the man I was destined to be. It's all about the mustard jumps, the extra points, and the neverending funky rhythm that keeps me addicted to this soul-sucking adventure. I fear I will never be the same again, may you have mercy on my soul hawtdawg man.

    I'm trying to decide what version to get, and at this point I'm pretty sure I'll just get the standard one. It's already pretty expensive and I don't think I can justify paying $15 extra for clothes. I'm wondering what everyone else's thoughts are? Which one you're getting, why, if you're looking forward to the revamp of the original, etc. I totally forgot about it at all until recently, I've lost all concept of time.

    [No Spoilers] Open World Element in True Colors?

    Every since the game's reveal, I've always wondered what they mean by "freely explore Haven Springs" while showing Alex walking through the town during the day and night. I guess we'll find out very soon anyways, but do you guys think this means the game will have somewhat of an open world element to it, at least in the town area? Maybe with little side quests dealing with the townies? I think this could a great addition/change to the series!

    [NO SPOILERS] Honest Question: Can someone justify the price of LiS: True Colors compared to its predecessors?

    I have recently bought the standard edition only since the price of the game itself is already at par with a triple A game. Will purchase the deluxe upgrade soon for the Steph DLC.

    When I was looking at the price for the game, I immediately double checked the pricing of LiS and LiS 2. True Colors was triple and double the price of these games, respectively.

    Since its also gonna be 5 episodes but the catch is, the game is already complete unlike the previous titles which made you wait months in between.

    Why is it more (!) expensive now?

    Are we paying for the fact that they are giving us a complete game (5-episodes)?

    Just curious.
