[ALL] Life is Strange 2 - Post Game Feelings?

    Posted: 27 Jun 2020 05:09 AM PDT

I've never really had this happen before but I've come to a realization the other day and it's been pretty much bugging me ever since. All of us have, movies, books, tv shows, video games that marked us and had a huge impact on our own person but naturally after some time, the blow of it slowly fades away without us really realizing it. One moment we have it, it means so much, the second it's just gone and it's a memory. That's exactly what I've been dealing with for the past week maybe, ever since I've finished the game around a month ago or so.

It's one of the first very first times that I'm actually aware of loosing an experience like what I've described above and needless to say it's annoying me haha. I just look back at this game, what it did to me and what an overwhelmingly intense and powerful emotional journey it was. I could hardly put all of it in words and it'd be slightly massive to do so. It's just something that meant and still means so very much to me, and it's that situation of knowing you're loosing it as it fades away, but you want to hold on to it. Being lost in the mirage of the game after finishing it, dwelling on and going back to moments, songs, the soundtrack or Sean was such a comforting thing to do after finishing it. It hurt in all the right places. So now because of that exact connection slipping away, it made me think you know if it's already happening after a month, how's it gonna be in 3 months, 6 or a year. I'm completely aware that it'll be probably be gone and it's absolutely normal, after all we move on from everything, I just really hope I won't forget it all.

Anyways thanks for hearing me out and those who've had a positive experience with this sequel or are/were in a similar position, please feel free to tell me how you dealt with it all and what was your post game experience?

[S1] What will Max and Chloe’s life be like in the future?

    Posted: 27 Jun 2020 06:13 AM PDT

Last week I played LiS for literally the 20th time and it got me thinking. If you chose to sacrifice Arcadia Bay, what would Max and Chloe's life be like? Where would they go? How will their relationship change? How will they change as people? I looooove these girls and their future is really interesting to me. I would love to read your thoughts!

    [CS] Just played "Captain Spirit"

    Posted: 27 Jun 2020 01:43 AM PDT

SPOILER - DONT READ IF NOT PLAYED YET!

Hey, just played the adventures of Captain Spirit.

Nice little game. Has its sad moments like when he opens the Treasure-Box, Listens to his mom`s favorite Song... His drunken dad in existential crisis...

But I was like, Ok - bad situation but this strong little guy makes really well - he`s a tough guy. So i was in a good mood.

And then he climps up his Treehouse, and the step breakes and he starts to fall down - and i was like: Don`t you dare letting this tough guy die, Dontnod!

    So glad they didnt :D

What were your expierience at this moment? :)

[NO SPOILERS] Will LIS2 price drop soon?

    Posted: 27 Jun 2020 02:54 AM PDT

I have just finished LIS 2 episode 1, and LOVED IT!
It's different from the previous 2, but has its charm.

I can buy the rest of the episodes for 15$, but wondered if you think there would be a price drop soon? or you think it worth it?

[S1] Does Max's attitude towards Warren change?

    Posted: 26 Jun 2020 01:46 PM PDT

I've never done a full "Pro-Warren" or full "Anti-Warren" playthrough, so I was always curious what the full extent of the possible changes to Max's attitude towards Warren depending on how you play her. I remember back in the day people used to have very different interpretations of just how uncomfortable (or not) Max was around him. Is that because of dialogue changes based on how nice you are to him? I know there are some specific choice based differences, such as whether you agree to "Go Ape" with him or not, and also it can change whether you have the option to kiss him or not. Does it also change some of Max's automatic dialogue?

For example, when he says he's invisible or unimportant in Chapter 4, and Max says "Not to me, Warren."

[ALL] I finished every Life is Strange game, here are my thoughts.

    Posted: 26 Jun 2020 02:58 PM PDT

I finished Life is Strange 1 in July 2019 I finished Life is Strange 2 in early May 2020 I finished Captain Spirit Mid May 2020 I finished Life is Strange BtS in Late May 2020 I finished Farewell June 2020.

I love LiS1 and LiS2, and I liked BtS I guess my rank would be LiS2>LiS1>LiSBTS>Farewell>CS

My favorite episodes in the series are Faith, Wolves, and The Dark Room.

My favorite main characters are Sean>Daniel>Chloe=Rachel>Max

I chose Bay over Bae in LiS1, Cried.

I got the Redemption Ending in LiS2, Sobbed.

I hid the truth from Rachel in BtS, That end credit scene got be SHOOK.

I told Chloe the truth in Farewell, cried.

In all, I love these games, LiS 1 just fills me with peace, I love to stare at the menu screen.

BtS is weirdly nostalgic, Chloe is funny af, Rachel is cute.

LiS2, hit different, definitely one of my favorite games of all time, Sean is an absolute GOAT, and Daniel is a cute badass.

CS was able to tell more of a story in 1 hour then many games can in 30.

    Farewell's ending thooooooo

All of these games are amazing I need Life is Strange 3 yesterday.
