    [NO SPOILERS] Would you buy a remaster of the original LiS and Before the Storm?

    Let's say Square Enix decides to do an entire remaster of the original Life is Strange and Before the Storm. Completely overhauling the graphics with graphics on par with the best looking games out right now. Games like GoT, RDR2, TLoU2 and Cyberpunk 2077. Not only that, but they tinker with the lip syncing and some of the animations they used. Even though you know the entire story and every twist and turn the games takes, would you buy them?

    [ALL] LiS 2 should've really been a standalone game rather than a sequel

    Don't get me wrong, I thought LiS 2 was good but I can't help compare it to the first game, how can I when DONTNOD literally named the game "Life is Strange 2," but I think that was the main issue. A lot of us expected a continuation of the story, but we were given something totally different.

    The thing about a good sequel is that it should focus on expanding the world/characters from the first installment. Instead, we were introduced with new characters, a new power and a few references from the first game. That is not a sequel. LiS 2 is closer to a spin-off than an actual sequel.

    I feel like DONTNOD really missed an opportunity of building a LiS game franchise, they weren't committed enough to stick with the story and characters of the first game other than making prequel out of it.

    tldr: lis 2 has a bad rep because dontnod doesn't know the difference between a sequel and a spin-off.

    [ALL] What TV shows/films do you think would the characters watch?

    For example on the top of my head I can definitely see Rachel and Victoria and her posse watching Gossip Girl or anything else mainstream. Blair would definitely be Victoria's character btw lmao I can imagine Chloe as a horror fan (not that I actually know any I can list lmao). Stuff like that.

    Also while at it, who do you think would their favorite characters be in that show or film?

    I have. Questions.

    Why does this coupling appear to be relatively accepted? At least on this sub.

    I appreciate that the loving bully trop is popular, but I'd love to understand this one in particular.

    • How is it usually written?

    • What is it some sort of redemption arc for Victoria?

    • Is it a relationship for the sake of relationships?

    • Does it usually follow the events of canon or ignore them?

    Explain for me!???

    I'm an avid disciple of the "you do you" mantra, but I can't wrap my head around why this one exists, gang. I hadn't even considered it before the tier lists began circulating.
