    I know everyone's excited to walk in Alex's shoes and uncover the central mystery of Haven Springs, but can we take a moment the appreciate how well this game was revealed?

    People often complain about poor game reveals. Whether it's being revealed too early (Cyberpunk, Elder Scrolls 6), or being leaked but not officially revealed for a long time (Gotham Knights, Suicide Squad) or getting a vague cinematic trailer with no gameplay (Elden Ring, Starfield), there are a lot of things that can go wrong.

    True Colors suffered from none of those problems. We learned of it's existence shortly before the Square Enix Presents. There was no massive leak. It's coming out very soon. We saw what the game actually looks like, including gameplay. They showed enough to get people hooked, without showing too much.

    And everything that they showed was something that people actually wanted to see. We didn't get Life is Strange Mobile: Battle Royale: Season Pass edition. I'm really excited for the Remaster because I never played BtS.

    They got a "celebrity host" in Mxmtoon who was very charming and clearly a fan of the series, and even her inclusion makes sense because she has a large role in the game.

    The cherry on top was the fact that the game is coming out all at once. And for the people who want to take breaks, they even mentioned the chapters that serve as natural stopping points.

    This was probably the best video game reveal I've seen since Fallout 4. The only thing missing was the fact that they didn't mention the Steph DLC, which seems dope based on the description on the PSN Store.

    But when your only flaw is that you forgot the mention the awesome bonus content that you made, you're doing pretty well.

    ...and got the worst possible ending. The game was great and I enjoyed every second of it, I didn't think I had messed up my playthrough that badly though :(

    I liked BTS but does anyone else think it was little short with only 3 episodes? I know there's the bonus episode but let's not count that. I feel like with some of the new characters they brought in we could have seen a bit more of them if we had 5 episodes of BTS

    [S1] Lis: True Colors will definitely be playing around with the morality of messing with other peoples emotions in the same way it did with Maxs' time reversal decisions

    In Life Is Strange with Max it plays around with using her powers for necessary things vs just fucking around with her powers and making rash decisions based off of her emotions. Remember the biggest change she made by keeping Chloe's dad alive? Posing the question of when it's okay vs when it isn't to make changes to the past.

    That's how Alexs' powers are going to work and the route they're going to take. Is it okay to surpress others emotions? Is it okay to mess with people's emotions to get what you want out of a situation like forced love? Messing with people's emotions to benefit yourself in self defense. Suppressing your own emotions to not feel things you don't want feel. Messing with the natural emotional response someone may have to a situation just because you think it'll be better for them. That's the kind of route I see them taking.
